Our client needed value proposition support to equip their sales team with the economic messaging for the full commercial release of their technology, a disposable negative pressure wound therapy. After conducting a value driver assessment of two care settings, skilled nursing facility and home health agency, TTi is now in the process of developing two health economic models for both settings. The economic models will convey the technology’s value in improving population health, improving patient experience of care, and reducing costs of patient care for two wound-types: diabetic ulcer and venous leg ulcer. Additionally, TTi is developing a dashboard in both models to summarize the value proposition, and PowerPoints with talk tracks that will align with the economic models and value drivers for both care settings so that the client’s sales team can effectively disseminate the results of the model.
